The questions will be read and answers will be provided during the Public Forum portion of the meeting. FINAL 2020 FOODLINK DISTRIBUTION
The final Food Distribution of 2020 will take place on Thursday. October 15th, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Please see the attached flyer for more information on how to register.
This Thursday October 8th, 2020 The Town/Village Board will be holding a Swearing in Ceremony at 6:30 pm in the parking lot of the Eyer Building for:

NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT
Woodneath Crescent is scheduled for milling and paving to begin on Monday, October 5th weather permitting. Villager Construction will be performing the work. During the week of the 5th all residents on that Woodneath Cresent are asked to park in available spots on Forest Road and W. Avenue near the park.
It is with regret that due to Covid-19 and due to pysical distancing requirements we are Officilly Cancelling the 2020 East Rochester Christmas Festival. Every effort will be made to hold the event in 2021. Please continue to check back for updated information over the coming months.

Announcement: March 13, 2020 The Monroe County Mobile DMV unit was initially suspended for two weeks at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. Due to the continuation of NY State's business closures, this will be extended indefinately.
To help promote safe practices of social distancing, we encourage residents who may need to visit a DMV to take advantage of our online appointment system and avoid waiting in longer lines: https://monroedmv.setmore.com/. This feature may not be available due to the closure of NY State businesses and offices.

The East Rochester Town Court is in session every Monday, except holidays, beginning at 5:30 pm. Please call the court office for eviction days and times.

In partnership with the University of Rochester Medical Center and 1 of only 13 in the country, the Mobile Stroke Unit is scheduled to being service next week.
The East Rochester Parks Committee dedicated a bench to Emidio Rossi and his Family. The bench is located on the 100 block of W. Commercial street.
